2. Order Processing and Payment

Due to the nature of collectible trading cards:

• We do not accept returns on graded or ungraded cards unless:

  • The item was damaged during shipping (photo evidence must be provided within 14 days of delivery).

  • The wrong item was received.

If a return is accepted:

• You must return the product in its original condition and packaging.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
